Giving seniors even more than a fashion moment.

Seniors are having more than a fashion moment, they’re having an everything moment! And that’s what IndieViduals is all about – the amazing, stylish, talented members who make Terwilliger Plaza a wonderful place to live. After interviewing members, I realized I wanted to tell their stories in a fun, fashion-meets-music video way, and the concept was born. From former boxers to painters, fashionistas to weavers, this spot features real members and paints a portrait of the community and spirit you can only find at Terwilliger Plaza in downtown Portland.

The initial spot did so well, we produced a series of :15 shorts for TV and social media. The result? Terwilliger Plaza’s waitlist doubled within the first few months of airing the spots. From an artist who painted her own shoes to a biker with the gear to match, the members of Terwilliger Plaza are vibrant, active, and anything but ordinary.

For over six years, my co-creative director and I acted as a mini-agency, delivering everything from yearly strategies and planning to a new website, TV campaigns, videos, social media, and monthly newsletters. It’s a brand that really grew into itself — and is still growing.
